Plane crashes in Baytown field, experienced engine failure officials say

HOUSTON - Officials are on the scene after a plane crashed near the Baytown airport.

According to authorities, a plane experienced engine failure on Friday afternoon while in the process of landing.

Officials say the pilot had minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
