Ingredients
- Oreo pie crust
- 1 tub of peppermint ice cream, softened
- Chocolate chips
- Chocolate sauce
- Cool whip, softened
- Crushed peppermints
Method
- Scoop a thin layer of peppermint ice cream to the bottom of the pie. Spread it with a spatula.
- Sprinkle some chocolate chips, crushed peppermints and chocolate sauce on top of the ice cream.Repeat step 2.
- Scoop cool whip on top and spread with a spatula.
- Lastly, sprinkle with more candies and chocolate sauce.
- Place back in the freezer until set.
- Enjoy!
