After 26 years with the City of Houston and serving as the outspoken victim's advocate, Andy Kahan announced he was retiring.

He has been there for hundreds of families who had to make that trip to watch executions or sit in courtrooms during trials.  Andy is likely one of the most recognized faces on TV in Houston because of his advocacy.
