Human skull found by landscaping crew in southeast Houston.
HOUSTON - A landscaping crew working in southeast Houston found a human skull Tuesday afternoon.
Houston Police Department says the workers found the remains in the 1300 block of Highway 225 near Scarborough around 12:40 p.m.

HPD homicide detectives responded to the scene where the human skeletal remains found in the brush on the south side of the freeway.
At this time, it is unknown how long the remains were in the brush. The identity, gender, and cause of death are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
