Houston stabbing: Man stabbed in neck near METRO rail
HOUSTON - Authorities are investigating a stabbing incident in Downtown Houston.
Houston police say a 23-year-old man was cut on the neck ‘pretty severely’.
The stabbing happened around 8:30 p.m. Thursday at Lamar and Main Street. Officers responded to reports of a stabbing and found a man with a severe neck wound.
The man was assisted by good Samaritans and city employees prior to Houston Fire Department paramedics arriving on the scene. He was taken to a hospital in critical condition.

Police said the man was involved in a fight with a man wearing all black. The suspect fled the scene and has not been apprehended.
