Houston Police Department welcomes 41 new officers

HOUSTON - Congratulations to the newest officers of the Houston Police Department.

41 men and women officially earned their badges Monday graduating from the 250th cadet class.

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner and Houston Police Department Chief Troy Finner were there to congratulate them.

This cadet class is the first under Finner.
