Houston man accused of stabbing woman he was dating, her husband in restaurant parking lot
HOUSTON - A 25-year-old man is accused of stabbing a woman he was dating and her husband outside of a Houston restaurant, police say.
According to the Houston Police Department, Micah Christian Eckert, 25, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The incident occurred shortly before 11 a.m. Friday in a parking lot in the 3200 block of North Shepherd Drive.
Police say the woman’s husband got into a physical altercation with Eckert that escalated when Eckert stabbed them both.

According to police, Eckert was dating the woman and was confronted by her husband.
The 44-year-old woman and her 42-year-old husband were both transported to the hospital and were last reported to be in stable condition.
Police say a security guard nearby was able to detain Eckert until officers arrived. He was charged and booked into the Harris County Jail.
