A woman believed to be in her 50s was killed inside a home in the 6700 block of Midfield Drive on Thursday night.
According to the Houston Fire Department investigation, hoarding conditions may have played a role in the fire and caused difficulties in fighting the fire.
Firefighters located the woman dead inside the home.
The identity of the woman has not been released at this moment.

The Houston Fire Department is currently working to extinguish a house fire that has turned deadly.
According to the Houston Fire Department, the fire sparked up near the 6700 block of Midfield Drive.
