Harvey flooding damages Old Katy shopping center

KATY, Texas (FOX 26) - High water entered several businesses on Old Katy Road at Avenue D as a result of Tropical Storm Harvey.

Staff at Los Cucos Mexican Cafe say they saw at least three feet of water come into the restaurant but that fortunately, only part of the drywall was affected as the building was recently remodeled.

Several other businesses in the shopping center were also affected, many of them losing all of their inventory and supplies.
