According to court documents, Catarineau assaulted a bailiff and then punched an ADA and a judge while at a hearing in Harris County Criminal District Court.

Nathan Douglas with the Homeland Security Bureau at HCSO says officers and law enforcement tried to get him to come out of the house, but he refused.

After Catarineau refused, SWAT was called and they were able to later breach the door. According to Douglas, he was lying down on the floor when they entered and was taken into custody.

Authorities report no one was injured and Catarineau was at the command post trying to help.
