Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo announces engagement on social media

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo has announced that she's engaged.

In the post, Hidalgo said she's ‘thrilled’ to be engaged to her longtime partner.
