Harris County crime: Suspect arrested in connection to several tire-slashings in Katy
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - The Harris County Sheriff's Office has confirmed an arrest has been made regarding reports of tire slashing in Katy.
According to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, 23-year-old Jesus Arellano has been arrested by deputies.
Gonzalez said Arellano is charged with six initial criminal mischief charges.

The arrest comes after Gonzalez confirmed an investigation into at least 22 tire-slashing reports in Harris County.
FOX 26 received surveillance video from one resident who said a person came into a neighborhood in Katy. However, it's unclear if the video provided is of the same suspect that was arrested by authorities.
