Houston - A massive diesel spill occurred after a collision between an 18-wheeler and a sedan near Crosby-Lynchburg on the US90 @ FM2100 ramp.
Deputies say the collision led to a spill of around 100 gallons of diesel on the roadway. There were no injuries reported.

Both westbound lanes of US-90 were closed at Runneberg, traffic was exiting at Lindstrom. Motorists were directed to use the service road and then back onto the freeway. Reportedly, traffic was light with no major back-up in the area due to the incident.

Crosby Volunteer Fire Department cleared the scene. The Harris County Sheriff’s Office remains on scene with a private contractor who is cleaning the spill. The 18-wheeler and sedan have been towed away.
