Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee is under fire after a former staff member filed a lawsuit claiming that Jackson Lee fired her after she expressed wanting to sue someone from the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation who allegedly raped her. The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation recently released a statement saying in part that it is supportive of Jane Doe and will fully cooperate with all legal proceedings.

The new superintendent for the Katy Independent School District spoke one on one with FOX 26 News just a few days after the board of trustees unanimously voted for his hiring. Kenneth Gregorski had previously served as the deputy superintendent for the man he is replacing, Dr. Lance Hindt.
