Residents traveling to Atlanta ahead of Game 4 World Series

As the World Series continues, FOX 26’s Natalie Hee catches up with travelers headed to Atlanta to see the Astros take on the Braves.

After the Houston Astros big win Wednesday night, the World Series is now tied 1 to 1.

The team and fans are now headed to Atlanta for the next three games.

The majority of the flights on several different airlines headed to Atlanta on Thursday have been booked solid.

Roadtrips.com offers World Series trips. It’s about a 12 drive to Atlanta from Houston.

Currently, they say a 2-night stay with a one-game trip package starts at $3,500 per person, which includes a game ticket.

A 3-night stay with a two-game trip package starts at $6,375 per person including a ticket.

According to AAA Texas, there are no non-stops flights left for Thursday. However, travelers aiming to leave Friday might have better luck.
