Hurricane Harvey flooded 85 percent of homes in Dickinson, so this Halloween there's nowhere for kids to trick-or-treat. To help keep a sense of normalcy and make sure the kids have fun, several groups are providing some fun alternatives.

The Dickinson Bayou Ranch Festival is this Saturday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The community-wide trunk or treat is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Halloween in the Dickinson High School Parking lot.

Organizations that want to get involved are asked to call Dickinson United Methodist Church.
