Deadline today to apply for Red Cross Hurricane Harvey financial assistance

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The deadline to apply to the American Red Cross for Hurricane Harvey financial assistance is today.

You have until just before midnight tonight to submit for up to $400 in financial assistance. It's available to qualifying households that were severely impacted by Harvey. As of October 9, the Red Cross has authorized payments to nearly 500,000 families who qualified as severely affected by Harvey.
