HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Houston comedian Ali Siddiq has appeared on Comedy Central, HBO, and Showtime, and now he's made it to the finals of NBC's comedy competition series "Bring the Funny".
Despite all of his success, the Houston Chronicle decided to refer to Siddiq as an "ex-con" in an article published earlier this week. After getting complaints on social media, it was later changed to "former prisoner".
