Clara Harris granted parole for 2002 murder of husband

CLEAR LAKE, Texas (FOX 26) - Clara Harris, the Clear Lake dentist who killed her husband David by repeatedly running him over with a car, has been granted parole.

According to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Harris will be released pending the completion of a supervised program.

It was back in 2002 when Harris went to the Nassau Bay Hilton to confront her husband David over an affair he was having. She drove her Mercedes over her husband several times. The 59-year-old Harris was serving a 20-year sentence.
