Chipotle is bringing back a Halloween tradition it calls "Boorito," offering fans a discounted burrito for those who show up in costume.

Chipotle Rewards members who show up in costume on Oct. 31 can get a $6 entrée offer between 3 p.m. and close at U.S. locations, the company said. Depending on the protein filling, burritos and other entrées start around $8.50 and up to $12.35 for the limited-time smoked brisket.

Chipotle noted that the offer is not valid for kids' meals, catering orders or on third party ordering platforms. It's also limited to one discounted item per guest, and must be redeemed in-store.

The fast-casual chain said its "Boorito" deal was first offered in the U.S. in 2000.

This year, Chipotle is also offering extended hours "in response to Gen Z’s late-night cravings," the company said – noting that some 53 locations in college towns across the U.S. will remain open until midnight on Halloween.

Participating locations can be found at chipotle.com/boorito-after-hours.

Chipotle separately announced its first-ever costume collection, selling costumes like a Chipotle fork, napkin, water cup, burrito and to-go bag exclusively at SpiritHalloween.com and at select Spirit Halloween retail locations.
