Child struck by vehicle after walking off school bus
After walking off of a Splendora Independent School District bus, a junior high school student was struck by a vehicle and taken to a hospital, the district has confirmed.
The student walked away from Splendora ISD bus #16 at around 3:15 p.m. near Midline Road. All other students are safe and were taken home.
