Bayou City Buzz: Meet Chandler Foreman, newly crowned Miss Texas 2019

HOUSTON (FOX 26) - She’s defying the odds and creating a new look on the pageant stage. Former Miss Houston 2017 Chandler Foreman is the newly crowned Miss Texas 2019. 

I spoke with Chandler fresh off of her win. 

Foreman is getting a lot for love for her confidence and her natural look.

She grew up in South Park and now resides in Pearland.
