MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas - An AutoZone employee was killed after being shot by a 19-year-old while they were working inside the store in Spring.
Initial reports state deputies from Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable's Office were called to the 28800 block of Birnham Drive after reports of shots fired.

Officials state 19-year-old William Gabriel Aguilar allegedly walked into the AutoZone and shot the victim who later died.
Aguilar was later arrested in the Legends Run subdivision nearby. Officials say there is no threat to the public.

According to Constable Ryan Gable, Aguilar is charged with first-degree felony murder. He was taken to the sheriff's office jail where he is being held on $750,000 bond.
At this time there is an ongoing investigation.
