Authorities said a black Cadillac Escalade had four Hispanic males inside the vehicle. Officials stated that they went inside the store to do some shopping and came back outside to the SUV.
After the men got back in their vehicle, police say the suspects, armed with long guns, arrived at the scene in two vehicles – a silver Mercedes Benz and a gray Dodge Charger.
Police say two suspects got out of the Dodge and one got out of the Mercedes Benz, and all three fired shots into the SUV, police say. The suspects then fled.
A 34-year-old man from the Escalade was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Another man, 29, who had been in the SUV, was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Authorities believe this shooting was targeted.
The suspects are described only as three Hispanic men wearing all white, except for one man who was wearing black pants.
