DETROIT (WJBK) - Detroit police have arrested the man they say was spotted holding a gun, ringing a homeowner's doorbell last Friday.
The suspect stood on the porch with a large gun on Asbury Street late Friday night with a second man. After seeing the camera, the suspect, who police say is a felon with armed robbery and other crimes on his record, fled.
On Monday police found and arrested the man at 3:30 p.m. in the 19000 block of Prevost by officers from the 8th Precinct. The man was arrested for felon in possession of a firearm. He was transported to the Detroit Detention Center without incident.
Still at large is a second suspect who was in the background of the homeowner's security video. He is described only as a black male wearing all black.
