HOUSTON - Officials say a second man, linked to the murder of a woman run over and killed at an east Harris County McDonald's in September, has been arrested.
According to Harris Co. Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, Felton Ford, 39, is believed to have been driving the black Chevy Impala that killed Martha Medina.

He is the second man to be arrested in connection to her death after Andrew Williams, 40, was arrested in October.

The 71-year-old Medina was said to be leaving the restaurant with her food when someone took her purse. The suspect, now believed to be Ford, then ran over Medina as he fled the scene.
Ford is charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
