After road-rage crash and chase, suspect tries to bribe his way out of trouble: Harris County Sheriff
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - A man involved in a road rage hit-and-run crash has been charged with his third DWI, evading arrest, and bribery, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
What we know:
Deputies say 38-year-old Kyle Ryder was involved in a hit-and-run road rage incident in the 13100 block of Kuykendahl Road, off of I-45 in North Harris County, on Monday morning.
Just after 8 a.m., a Harris County deputy saw the road-rage incident and tried to pull over Ryder.
Deputies say Ryder refused to stop, leading deputies on a chase before Ryder crashed into another vehicle.

He was detained and deputies say he displayed multiple signs of intoxication. A blood warrant was obtained and executed.
During the investigation, deputies found Ryder had two previous convictions for DWI on his record.
Deputies say Ryder tried to bribe the officer by offering him cash and jewelry to be let go.
He was booked into the Harris County Jail and charged with felony evading, driving while intoxicated third offense and bribery.
What we don't know:
Deputies say Ryder's bond and court information have not been set at this time.
The information from the blood warrant has not been released.
