Affair involving a minister, his wife, two choir members leads to criminal charges

According to her online bio Leslie Hippensteel is an actress from Dallas.

Her ex-husband was a minister at the church Saul Eisenberg attended with his fiancé who was also a music minister in the church.

“He was the head music pastor and she was the children’s music minister and we all sang in the choir,” Eisenberg said.

Eisenberg says he later learned that his ex-fiancé and the minister had been doing more than just singing together.

They had been having an affair for two years he says while the minister was still married to Hippensteel.

“We met at a restaurant and she informed me what was going on and I think like any normal person we were both upset,” Eisenberg said. “we’re sitting there eating spaghetti and meatballs and crying all over our food.”

According to court documents Hippensteel did more than just cry on her pasta.

The minister and Eisenberg’s ex reportedly shot two videos of their lovemaking and the minister e-mailed it to himself for safekeeping.

Hippensteel found it.

“There’s nothing wrong with having sex with whomever you want to or taking a video,” said attorney Joe Mathew. “But it’s criminal it’s against the law when you post it.”

Court documents state Hippensteel demanded 78 hundred dollars from her ex to stop her from sending the video to his church.

According to the document the minister gave his ex-wife the money but Hippensteel sent the sex tape to the church anyway and also posted the video on a porn site.

She also sent the video to Eisenberg who shares custody of his 3-year-old son with his ex-fiancé who is now living with his former pastor.

He says he sent the sex tape to his parents without even looking at it.

“I sent it to my parents because I thought it was important they saw the kind of people that are raising their grandchild.”

Hippensteel and Eisenberg are both charged with unlawful disclosure of intimate visual material.
