79-year-old man reported missing from Spring found safe in Katy

SPRING, Texas (FOX 26) - A 79-year-old man with dementia reported missing from Spring was found safe in the Katy area, authorities say.

A silver alert was issued for missing 79-year-old Robert Fisher after he went missing on August 19. Fisher was found on Sunday afternoon. Authorities say he was dehydrated but is safely being reunited with his family.
