What this means: With mortgage experts predicting further rate increases, homebuyers who act sooner rather than later stand to realize significant interest savings on a mortgage loan. Rates have held steady across 30-, 20- and 15-year terms for four straight days. Of particular note today are 10-year mortgage rates, which fell to 2.250%.
