  1. "I bought a vehicle from a used car dealership. I paid in full. The dealership did not transfer the ownership to me within the allotted time. I have called the dealership several times and have been ignored. I filed a complaint with the DMV and had an investigation opened. I had to buy two temporary tags since then. What else can I do to force the dealership to put my vehicle in my name?"
