The conservative jurist has claimed the protest symbol for the contested 20-20 election - was actually hoisted by his wife after a political dispute with a neighbor turned ugly. Turns out that may not be true, as evidence has emerged indicating the protest-flag was flying weeks before that hostile encounter.
