Southwest Airlines pilots secure 50% raise

In a new tentative agreement with Southwest Airlines, pilots are set to receive a 50% pay increase over the next five years. The deal, amounting to 12 billion dollars, comes after union members voted to strike in May following three years of contract negotiations.
