Texas facing lawsuit over immigration law

The State of Texas is already facing a lawsuit over a new law allowing state and local law enforcement to arrest people who enter Texas illegally. Governor Abbott signed Senate Bill 4 into law on Monday and on Tuesday, ACLU on behalf of El Paso County filed a lawsuit asking a judge to declare the bill "unlawful in its entirety."
