HISD could soon become District of Innovation

An update from Houston ISD's Superintendent has been given on the progress being made during the state takeover. Mike Miles kicked off a series of meetings on Wednesday night just a day after his Advisory Committee voted in favor of turning HISD into a District of Innovation.
