Texas judge blocks release of TEA ratings

A Texas judge is siding with more than 100 school districts including Houston ISD to block the Texas Education Agency from releasing this year's school accountability ratings. The district says the agency's new guidelines for those ratings are vague and potentially unfair. FOX's Lori Brown has the details.
