Title 42: El Paso border sees more than 30,000 migrants apprehended

There are less than 12 hours left until Title 42 is lifted. It's a pandemic-era policy that made it harder for migrants to come into the United States. U.S. officials expect a surge of migrants to come into the U.S. once it's lifted at midnight Eastern Time tonight.
