Students OK after bus overturns in Richardson

RICHARDSON, Texas - No one was hurt Friday morning in a school bus accident in Richardson.

The Richardson Independent School District said the small bus was involved in a crash near Campbell and Custer roads around 7:30 a.m.

Thankfully the bus driver, another adult and two children who were on board at the time are okay. The school district said the kids were taken to the hospital as a precaution because of their age.

One other vehicle was involved but no one in that vehicle was seriously injured either.

Police are still investigating the crash.
