Lawsuit filed in deadly charter bus crash case
HOUSTON (FOX 26) - Michelin may be in trouble again after a charter bus from Houston crashed in Mexico leaving 18 people with serious injuries, according to Mo Aziz, the attorney representing the victims in the case. A lawsuit has been filed against the tire company and Motorcoach Industries, the maker of the tour bus. The vehicle departed from Houston in 2017 when a tire blew that caused the bus driver to lose control.
