Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help finding five people with warrants for crimes involving sex trafficking.

Clifford Milton, 24, is wanted for two counts of human trafficking and organized crime.

“This guy has major tattoos on his forehead, he's extremely visible.” says Andy Khan with Crime Stoppers of Houston.   “He uses social media and adult websites. He finds his victims. He moves them from hotel to hotel. We're talking underage victims that he has.”

Jacque Adams, 26, is wanted for four counts of trafficking and compelling prostitution.

“He would take girls and transport them to Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi and of course Texas.” Andy Kahn says. “He has a large tattoo on his neck. This guy is so sadistic and insidious, he branded his nickname, ‘King Jac’ on the girls, underage girls that he used for human trafficking.”

Crime Stoppers is also asking for help locating Tabbetha Mangis, 23.

“Don't be deceived by looks and don't be deceived by a pretty sounding name, Tabbetha, 5’4”, blonde hair but hair can change,” Andy Kahn says. “This is how they team up. You send someone out that really you would never in your wildest dreams think that someone has ulterior motives but she would basically march victims, bring them in to the actual pimp itself and then that's where the human trafficking begins.”

They are also searching for 19-year-old Willie Brumfield.

"In this case, the victim was a 13-year-old girl. I want you to stop on that number and really think about that. A 13-year-old girl who was preyed upon by an adult. She was forced into a life of prostitution. They actually met on social media. They started direct messaging each other and this adult, this adult man convinced this 13-year-old girl that she needed to run away with him.” says Kevin Quinn with Crime Stoppers of Houston. “Brumfield specifically told this 13-year-old girl that she had to bring in a thousand dollars a day and that if she did not she'd be beaten.”

Dylan Khan, 24, is wanted for trafficking of a child and compelling prostitution.

“He got his claws in her, started posting provocative pictures of her on internet sites, advertising her services for sexual acts,” Kevin Quinn says. “At one point he locked her in a closet for several hours. She told investigators wouldn't let her out.”

Anyone with information on the case can call Crime Stoppers at 712-222-TIPS.

“These are extremely sadistic and bad people and we need your help in getting them off the street. What they do is a scourge of society," Khan says.

Crime Stoppers says these people met the victims through social media. They are urging parents to remain aware of what their children are posting and who they communicate with online.
