Conroe priest under investigation for sexual abuse allegation
The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office is reviewing claims by a third person accusing a Conroe priest of sexual abuse.
The accuser says Manuel La Rosa-Lopez inappropriately touched him several times while La Rosa-Lopez was in a seminary in Houston in the mid-1990s.
La Rosa Lopez is charged with four counts of indecency with a child after two other accusers came forward.
