Astros fans head downtown to watch game 3 of ALCS

For game three of the ALCS fans that weren't able to fly out to New York watched it right in East Downtown.

Lucky's set up a watch party with a mega screen on the street where fans could cheer as loud as they wanted.

"We are all here, we feel the energy, everyone's coming out, it's a real good vibe", Daniel Ramirez.

"This definitely gives a way where you can still kind of watch the game with a lot of different people", says Ben Jones.

Others decided to watch the game inside Minute Maid Park.

"I've never been to a watch game, my buddy invited me, so hopefully we come out with a win today", says Mario Morales.

"You feel like everybody is supporting the Astros, it's different when you're just at home by yourself so it's a good time, a night out", says Yanet Morales.

"Jose Altuve he's been doing pretty good so we are here to see him tonight, to see what he's going to do", says Freddie Gonzales.

With a two game lead on the Yankees, Astros fans felt pretty confident about potentially advancing to the World Series.

"Hey are going to make it to the World Series, hopefully they play the Dodgers so it'll be an easy series", says Robert Fernandez.
